BREAKFAST in Carbonneau

In the morning, from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. (and on Sundays until 11 a.m.), breakfast is served on the large south-facing terrace, in the Napoleon III glass roof or in the dining room. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, croissants, fresh bread, muffins, cereals, fresh and dried fruits, homemade yogurts and other treats are served - enough to start your day with us!

MEALS in Carbonneau

 

After nearly 15 years of traditional ‘table d’hôte’, we decided to change the formula this year. Last year we opened a new space as an extension of our tea room, the Glass House. In this wine bar we served plates of fresh local and vegetable garden products accompanied of course by wines from the castle.

 

This year, we will be open almost every day (varies depending on the month) from noon to 9 p.m. We are going to offer four different plates – local, vegetarian, cheese lovers and another more gourmet one around duck.
