TASTING NOTES

The wine offers a complex bouquet of ripe wild fruit, blackcurrant and well balanced oak. The wine is full bodied with a long and toasty finish, evoking flavors of light tobacco, licorice and mocha on the palate.

The wine is for aging but can also to be drunk now.

CARACTÉRISTIQUES DE CE VIN

60% Merlot
40% Cabernet Franc

Cold maceration for 24 hours followed by a 20 day fermentation period.

12 months in new French barrels

This wine is perfect accompaniment to grilled meat, asian cuisine and cheese.
