Tasting commentary

Brilliant yellow color with gray reflections. Very expressive and complex nose where grapefruit, granny smith, passion fruit blend with the surprising minerality of this white wine. Tangy and juicy palate dominated by citrus fruits. Long and refreshing finish.

This wine is ideal as an aperitif and goes perfectly with dishes such as fillet of Saint Pierre in cream, squid a la plancha or even Marennes d'Oléron oysters.
