Le Nouveau Souffle is our Bordeaux Clairet with a touch of fantasy and youth.

TASTING NOTES

The nose is very fruity with plenty of freshness. Ripe strawberries dominate the first nose and the palate is pure indulgence. A perfect compromise between a rosé and a light red. You'll love the red fruit - definitely a wine to order without hesitation.

Saignée after 48 hours of pre-fermentation skin maceration. Blend of Cabernet Franc and Malbec juice for cofermentation in indigenous yeasts at controlled cool temperatures (18-20 degrees)
