72% Merlot, 24% C. Sauvignon, 4% Malbec

Clay-limestone soils South/southwest exposure

 

WINEMAKING

The grapes were crushed and crushed before vatting. Cold maceration for a few days for the fruit and spices. Fermentation temperature of 26-28°C for natural extraction of tannins and color.
Aging for 12 months in not new barrels.
